What is the return policy?

For items purchased online only, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) within 7 days of the shipment date and return the item(s) within 14 days of the shipment date. To request an RMA number, click this link  Returns  or visit the returns page located on the home page, under contact.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once we receive your return in our warehouse, please allow up to 5 business days to process your return, plus another 5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your credit card statement. We’ll notify you by email once we have received and processed your return.

The Vault Luxury Resale does not offer returns or exchanges in store. Items purchased from the website only may be shipped back to be processed in our warehouse.

What if my purchase doesn’t fit?

Designers vary in fit so please be aware of this when making a purchase. However please feel free to call to inquire about fit. If you are returning an item please visit the Returns page.

Do you ship overseas?

No. The Vault Luxury Resale does not offer international  shipping at this time.

Can I make an exchange?

If an item is purchased online it may be returned by shipping it back through our website only.

The Vault Luxury Resale currently does not offer exchanges or refunds in store.  All sales are final in our store.

How can I sell my designer items to The Vault Luxury Resale?

The Vault Luxury Resale is looking for designer apparel, handbags, shoes, and accessories. We look for items that have been purchased within the last 3 years, in current styles, and in excellent condition. Seller is responsible for cost of shipping and insurance. How do I know I am buying an authentic item?

At The Vault Luxury Resale, we share your passion for designer fashions. In fact, so much so that we’ve completed extensive training to ensure we’re never fooled by fakes. We’ve worked with experts in Singapore that specialize in uncovering fakes in the imposter export business. We’ve received training from design house representatives to accurately identify their high-end brands. And after over 25 years of buying and selling designer items, we’ve seen it all. All of our designer fashions are guaranteed authentic. Several members of our staff inspect each item before it is accepted and put into inventory. We offer an unconditional 100% refund on any item that can be proved to be a fake. Our reputation depends on honesty and we stand behind our promise—because we care about authentic, high-quality fashion as much as you.

When will my order ship?

You will receive an automated tracking notification upon shipment.

Orders placed  through our online store Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) are shipped within 12-24 hours of receipt. Orders placed after 10 AM Missouri Time on Fridays will ship the following Monday. Please note that at this time The Vault Luxury Resale does not offer Saturday delivery.

Orders are shipped Domestic USPS Priority shipping. This is an expedited 1-3 day delivery service.

We are unable to expedite orders to the following: PO Boxes, US Territories, APO/FPO, Alaska and Hawaii. Orders to these addresses will ship USPS Priority.

If you prefer to pick your order up in our store, please call us at 314.736.6511. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup. You will need to provide your receipt (proof of purchase) along with a government issued form of ID.

How can I track my order/shipment?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a USPS tracking number.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please make your selections carefully.
If you need to cancel an item please call our online location at 314-736-6334.

Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?

No. We can only process orders that have the same shipping address as the billing address at this time.
