Store Policies

For items purchased online only, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) within 7 days of the shipment date and return the item(s) within 14 days of the shipment date. To request an RMA number, visit our website at www.thevaultluxuryresale.com  under contact, returns. 

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once we receive your return in our warehouse, please allow up to 5 business days to process your return, plus another 5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your credit card statement. We’ll notify you by email once we have received and processed your return.

The Vault Luxury Resale does not offer returns or exchanges in store. Items purchased from the website may only be shipped back, to be processed.
